All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or properly using your purchase — including corrupted files, incomplete downloads, or file access errors — please contact us at ifeisearch@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide access to a working version of the product.
We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from a user’s device, software, internet connection, or failure to meet basic system requirements needed to access the file.
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product and have not accessed or downloaded the file, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests in such cases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Downloading or accessing the product constitutes acceptance of delivery and completion of the transaction.
